Refund policy

1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Returns are only accepted for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.
  • All return requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • Products must be returned in their original packaging with all tags, manuals, and accessories.
  • Used, altered, or damaged products by the customer are not eligible for returns or refunds.

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable under any circumstances:

  • Perishable goods (food, cosmetics with expiry dates)
  • Personalized/customized items
  • Clearance or heavily discounted items

3. Return Process

  1. Contact our support team at hello@velorasip.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will verify your request and, if approved, provide a return authorization and shipping instructions.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or the wrong item was sent.

4. Refunds

  • Refunds will be processed only after the returned product is inspected and approved.
  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
  • Shipping charges, if any, are non-refundable, except in cases of defective or wrong items.

5. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only possible for defective or wrong items.
  • Request for exchange must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The customer may need to cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item unless the error is on our part.

6. Damaged or Defective Items

  • If you receive a damaged or defective product, contact us immediately with photo/video evidence.
  • We will arrange replacement or full refund at no extra cost.

7. Right to Reject Return

  • We reserve the right to reject any return if the product does not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned above.
